CWA Staffing Survey

In 2021, CWA helped write and pass a new law that requires staffing committees in each hospital to negotiate staffing plans that provide minimum staffing levels in each patient care unit. Since then, CWA members have worked hard to enforce this law - we’ve made a lot of progress, but we want to make sure that we're working as effectively as we can be.
